I have over 40 years capital investment / real estate / owner representative experience and have delivered over 100 capital investments all over the USA ... business planning / construction management / architecture ... I recently switched over to Linux Mint - as I was fed up with the bloated Windows 10 environment. I want to use a 2D CAD package to prepare schematic drawings for site plans, floor plans / schematic elevations ... AS well I could see the need to prepare customized flow charts using a diverse set of graphics and images.
