Diplomaed university engineer in mechanical and electromechanical engineering, long time ago, I spent most of my career installing machines around the world. Though I am French, the most common language at work was English and then Italian. Now retired since 2008 my best hobby is woodwork and hand tools sharpening (scary sharpening). For years now I fancied being able to use a CAD program. A few years back I tried DraftSight but found it too complex for my needs and our good Dassault Systems never let you in peace with Emails. In January I found LibreCad which works out to be just what I was looking for and...maybe I can be of help.
