Completed high school in 1956 at Annapolis ,Md. Completed college with BA in Economics. Completed a MS degree from Nova University. Retired in 2003 as a project manager with 43 years experience. Projects included the development of two computerized traffic control system in two different cities. A traffic sign survey was conducted in two cities. Consulted to 5 cities regarding Traffic sign surveys and digital traffic control.I managed a special project for the development of interstate freeway signage. I have a life membership in the Instute of Traffic Engineering. I maintained membership in other professional associations.
