76 years old Civil Engineer (Retired since 2008). I used AutoCAD and civil applications extensively, but find the current incarnations too complicate for what I am doing currently, not to mention their cost and computer power requirements.
I have been looking for a CAD program which commands and general feeling might be somehow similar to what, let's say, AutoCAD R14 was, so I wouldn't have a considerable learning curve. That's how I came across LibreCAD.
I Would like to use LibreCAD for relatively simple 2D drawings and small designs.
