Transport safety and communications consultant, involved in designing traffic management plans for road works and communications systems installations. I have worked in this sector on three continents in association with a range of client bases where development of safety engineering drawings are greatly required. Experience has shown that though good Auto-Cad is far too expensive for most small enterprises therefore LiberCad offers a base platform from which to start.
