I am a user of LibreCAD and have found that there is a requirement for detailed HOWTO's and procedures.
I have been writing and compiling user manuals for many years and feel that, time allowing, I can make a difference by contributing to this great product and its development.
BTW I'm a male in the 50's and I reside in South Africa and is proficient in more than one language, English being one.
