I am a retired anaytical chemist. Until recently I worked part-time for a land surveying company. I had to learn AutoCAD and was responsible for transposing field measurements, creating all drawings, and performing occasional field work. i want to continue using a CAD application for home projects, DIY builds and for creating artwork. As I no longer have access to AutoCAD, I want to give LibreCAD a "test run". I have found the tools of LibreCAD to be very recognizable from my experience with the AutoDesk CAD application I had been using.
