What is COGO?

Cogo go stands for Coordinate Geomety, it was develop by C. L. Miller at Massachusettes Institute of Technology (MIT) during the late 1950's through the eartly 1970's. I believe he was a Pioneering Surveyor, though I did not view himself as such at the time.
